House survey
This is a survey to compare and examine the condition of the house before the start of construction and after its completion.
A "building survey" is an investigation targeting areas within a site that are likely to be affected by construction work, conducted by a third party. There are preliminary and post-construction surveys that measure and record the current state, including changes over time, leakage conditions, defects in fixtures, and the tilt or subsidence of the building, along with photographic documentation.
